Thursday night I saw Nouvelle Vague at the Variety Playhouse. One of the lead singers seemed to be both tina turner and bridget bardo trapped in one tiny french girl, the music was dark and samba-ey and made me feel like doing dirty things.

The next evening I headed back to the variety to catch Ladytron. They put on a fantastic show as well, albeit much more upbeat and driving. My friends and I ended up at the highlander and then MJQ for some hip hop and break dancing.
